SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with full tracking information.

🌍 International (Rest of World)
- Tracked Delivery (FedEx International)
- Shipping Cost: £8.99
- Delivery Time: 4-7 business days
- Tracking: Full FedEx tracking included on all international orders

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Important Notice for International Customers:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or fees imposed by their destination country. These charges are not included in our £8.99 shipping rate and vary by destination.
SIK STUDIOS LTD has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order.
Common Countries & Customs:
- USA: Orders under $800 typically exempt from duties
- Canada: Orders under CAD $20 typically exempt
- Australia: Orders under AUD $1,000 typically exempt
- EU: VAT and duties may apply depending on country and order value
Shipping Restrictions
We ship worldwide via FedEx. However, we cannot ship to:
- PO Boxes or BFPO addresses
- Territories under international shipping embargoes or sanctions

Christmas & Holiday Shipping
Last Order Dates for Guaranteed Christmas Delivery:
UK Orders:
- December 18th for delivery by December 24th
International Orders:
- Europe: December 10th
- USA/Canada: December 5th
- Rest of World: December 1st
These dates are estimates based on carrier guidelines. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for orders placed after these dates.
Order Issues
Lost Packages
UK Orders:
If your package hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at info@sikstudios.co.uk. We will investigate with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement or full refund.
International Orders:
If your package hasn't arrived within 14 working days of dispatch, please contact us. We will investigate with FedEx and resolve the issue promptly.
Damaged in Transit
If your book arrives damaged during shipping, please:
- Email photos of the damage (including packaging) to info@sikstudios.co.uk within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Need to change your address?
Contact us immediately at info@sikstudios.co.uk. We can only modify addresses for orders that haven't been dispatched yet.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

30-Day Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return it for a full refund.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, your book must be:
- Unopened and in its original sealed condition
- Unmarked with no writing, highlighting, or damage
- In resellable condition with all original packaging intact
Items that cannot be returned:
- Books that have been opened or read
- Books with any markings, damage, or wear
- Books returned after 30 days from delivery
How to Return Your Order

- Reason for return (optional but helpful)
- Confirmation that the book is unopened

- Return authorization number
- Return address
- Any additional guidance

Ship your return:
- Package securely to prevent damage in transit
- Include your order number inside the package
- UK customers: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
- International customers: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective

Receive your refund:
- Once we receive and inspect your return (within 2-3 business days)
- Refund processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
Defective Books - Full Refund or Free Replacement
If your book arrives with manufacturing defects (printing errors, binding issues, missing pages, etc.), we will provide a full refund or free replacement at your choice.
What Qualifies as Defective:
- Printing errors or missing pages
- Binding defects or loose pages
- Significant manufacturing flaws
How to Report a Defect:
- Email photos of the defect to info@sikstudios.co.uk within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and description of the issue
- Choose either:
- Free replacement (we'll send a new copy at no cost, including shipping)
- Full refund (including original shipping costs if applicable)
For defective items:
- You are not required to return the defective book
- We will process your replacement or refund immediately upon confirmation
- No return shipping costs for you
Refund Processing
Refund Timeline:
- Inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
- Processing: 5-7 business days to your original payment method
- Bank processing: May take additional 3-5 business days depending on your bank
What's Refunded:
- Unopened returns: Full product price
- Defective books: Full product price + original shipping (if you paid for international shipping)
- Return shipping costs: Not refunded unless item was defective

Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like to exchange your book for any reason:
- Return your unopened book following our return process
- Place a new order on our website
